Ingredients

1. One fistful of sensitive leaves.

2 One spoon jeera.

3 1/2 cup coconut solution.

4. One cup of buttermilk or lemon..

5. Taste to salt or jaggery.

How to make .

Rosting(little), jeera and leaves in ghee or coconut oil. After grinding it smooth paste. Finally add to the. 3,4,5.

Juice is ready.

It controls constipation.But you must take only 1/2 cup in a day.
