4. Lemon grass.

Ingredients-

1. 5- 8 leaves of grass.

2. Small piece of ginger 1/4″.

3. 1/2 cup grated coconut or coconut milk.

3. One cup buttermilk.

4. Salt to taste.

How to make-

Grind leaves ,ginger coconut after filter it.finally add to buttermilk & salt.

Mouth. fresher.

Very easily digestible.
