2 One spoon jeera.

3 1/2 cup coconut solution.

4. One cup of buttermilk or lemon..

5. Taste to salt or jaggery.

How to make .

Rosting(little), jeera and leaves in ghee or coconut oil. After grinding it smooth paste. Finally add to the. 3,4,5.

Henna leaves.


1 Half fistful of henna leaves.

2.Half of lemon.

3. 2 or 3 spoon of honey.

4. One spoon jeera.

How to make

Boil the henna leaves and jeera, ginger in two cups of water ten minutes. Water converts red colours.Filter it. Add honey and lemon.Juice is ready.

1.Half fistful of amla peices or two spoon of dry amla powder.

2. One apple.

3 Two spoon honey.

4. One cup coconut milk and one cup water.

5. Small pieces of cashew (anacard) (Four spoon).

Grind amla and apple in juicer.Add honey , coconut milk, cashews. Juice is ready.
